- Installing one customer-supplied mini-split system to customer's preferred location.
- Running up to 50ft of provider-supplied weatherproof conduit and wire to connect condenser to existing power supply through crawl space.
- Installing provider-supplied 20 or 30 amp breaker (depending on BTU) and disconnect box.
- Running up to 25ft of provider-supplied electrical wiring to connect indoor unit to outdoor condenser.
- Connecting the outdoor unit to the indoor unit including up to 10ft of provider-supplied copper extension pipe and PVC pipe (for drainage).
- Unit pressure testing and job area cleanup.
- Not included - Materials in excess to those outlined above as well as any drywall work if there is no accessible crawl space for installation.
