- Heavy Duty Design: 95% UV blockage and 95% temperature resistance, significantly reduce harmful UV ray and temperature, allowing a constant circulation of fresh air. Allows cooling breezes and light to pass through for better airy and comfortable space, allows rains to pass through, so there's no pooling water(shade sail is non-waterproof) no maintenance needed.
- Commercial Grade Quality: Higher than ordinary standard quality and service life, resistant to all kinds of bad weather, no additional maintenance required, heavy duty stainless mounting rings, cable wires built-in edges. Integrate into the mounting rings, all pulling strength goes to the cable wires, making the edges more durable.
- Quality Control: 260 GSM UV protected high density polyethylene (HDPE)，100% virgin (non-recycled) hdpe material. Shade fabric with strong stitched seam and durable stainless steel A-rings in each corner.( The edge is curved if straight sides are preferred please contact us)
- Installation: Measure the area where the shade sail is to be installed. Leave an allowance of 2FT between the fixing point and the shade sail to fit hardwares kits.(Installation hardware kits not included) usually it have tolerance for 1-6 inch for each side. Each A-ring will require strong cable rope (do not use nylon ropes).
- Warranty: Measurement is taken from A ring to A ring, leave 1 - 1.5 foot space for the hardware kit between shade sail A ring and mounting points, all edges are finished slightly curved so it can be stretched tightly, prevent middle from sagging, shade sails come with 7 years for fabric under normal use and weather.
