- 2022 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Standard Orders expected to be delivered by Christmas MUST BE PLACED no later than OCTOBER 15th. RUSH ORDERS will ONLY be accepted UNTIL NOVEMBER 18th. After November 18th., Standard or Rush Orders WILL NOT be completed or delivered before December 25th.
- DESIGN TIMELINE: We provide our customers with the first set of proofs to review in approximately 2-3 business days after the sculpting process starts. The Standard Design timeline is approximately 5-7 weeks plus 1 week for delivery and 3.5-4 weeks for a Rush Order plus 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that this is simply an estimated timeline since the more revisions you request to be made during the proofing stages, the longer the design process will be.
- POSE & CLOTHING AS SHOWN DESIGN OPTION: The Head, Clothing Colors & Logo(s) will personalized as per your photographs. No structural changes on the Body Structure, Pose, Clothing Style and/or props, if any, will be made other than the personalization of the head.
- CHANGE CLOTHING STYLE DESIGN OPTION: The Head, Clothing Style, Colors & Logo(s) will be personalized as per your photographs. The Body Structure, Pose and props, if any, will remaning as shown in the sample product picture.
- FULLY CUSTOMIZED DESIGN OPTION: The Head, Body Structure, Pose, Clothing Style, Colors & Logo(s) will be personalized as per your photographs. This design option does not include the addition of props of any size as they will need to be quoted separately.
