- Special Note: The doffer works the best with Mild (8-15 mmHg), Medium (15-20 mmHg) compression. For Firm (20-30 mmHg), X-Firm (30-40 mmHg), a medical professional is required to help remove the stockings. The product should NOT to be used on thin, broken or wounded skin.
