- MULTIFUNCTIONAL YOKE STAND: The Strongman Yoke is fully customizable for any workout from basic yoke carry to Zercher carry or transform the stand into a squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station.
- ADJUSTABLE CROSSBAR: The fat grip crossbar mounts between the two uprights for carries or at the rear of the base to stabilize the squat rack configuration. Additionally, you can set the bar to 72" and utilize it for weight-over-bar with sandbags or slam balls.
- FIXED WEIGHT HORNS: Equally distribute weight across four vertical weight plate sleeves that are 50mm in diameter and compatible with Olympic-sized weight plates. The Yoke has a Rackable capacity of up to 750 LB.
- NYLON LINER SKID SHOES: These extra thick ski liners added on the base allow you to push and pull the Yoke like a sled. They will reduce the risk of floor damage and can be used on virtually any surface.
- DIMENSIONS: Weighing 166 LB, the Short Yoke stands 72" high with a footprint of 52" wide x 53" deep, providing an inside width of 45". The fat grip crossbar is 75mm/2.95" round.
