Nitecore replaced the cool white LED of the MT06 with a Nichia 219B for a warmer beam with a lower peak intensity at 860cd. The end result is a flashlight perfectly suited for up close tasks where details and colors are key factors.
- OPTIMIZED DIAGNOSTIC TOOL - Doctors, nurses and EMTS will find the MT06MD is ideal for pupil examination and injury diagnosis. By default, the MT06MD turns on in a 4 lumen low mode to prevent accidentally flashing patients with bright light. The high CRI rating (>90) of the Nichia 219B also aids in injury examinations by revealing accurate colors.
