ARIZONA HATCH - The New Mexico Hatch chili pepper is a great full flavored pepper that packs a kick. We use nothing but XX or XXX peppers. That means that they are not your normal chile peppers. This is a seasoning blend that is about 95% Hatch with a very low salt content.
