Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 Days. This warranty shall not apply to any altered products, misuse and/or negligent use of our products, accident, or normal wear and tear of our products. This warranty is limited and is made in lieu of all other warranties arising from the sale, delivery, use, or performance of our products. Allison does not warrant our products to be fit for any particular purpose other than as expressly stated in our product literature. Except to the extent limited by applicable law, Allison shall not be responsible for any special or consequential damages, and Allison makes no other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation all implied warranties of merchantability, title and non-infringement. Allison’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to either repair or replace any defective product, and shall not exceed the purchase price for such product.
